I recently had the opportunity to take stock of how my “village” and my grant writing work have formed and are still shaping who I am. It happened unexpectedly, as I responded to a local nonprofit’s request for consulting quote. To be honest, I have been “stuck” when it comes to blogging.
2020’s biggest loss for me professionally was rigorously preparing for months, finally sitting for a professional credential, only to fail it. What a personal WIN!
Lisa and Felipe Ternero’s story began in Estepa, Spain, where Felipe learned generations-old olive-farming practices and olive oil craftmanship. In order to complete the course, I passed an exam based on my experiences as a writer and based on the completed coursework. The exam was conducted in Clearwater, FL, under the administration of AGWA proctors and advisors.
